I can't find a volume of Dragon Ball 11 anywhere.
And the same with Death Note but with volume 6...

And I can't buy them via the internets... ;-;

I own volume 6 of death note, why you would have any trouble finding it, I don't know. :| I would offer to scan it to you or something, but my scanner is on it's last feet and doing an epic fail that seems to have lasted for longer than I've been alive.

Is there nowhere you can find the chapters online? Like AnimeA, or Onemanga?
