Really need help PLZ!

Okay so here's the thing. When I just started on Pchat it worked fine and I had no problems, that was a while ago. after a while it would do everything it was supposed to but when I went to go draw I would be able to make lines just fine and in real time, no lag, but when I try to erase it would freeze and get extremely choppy. My tools wouldn't work either. I thought this would just be a passing problem and I hoped that it would fix it self it hasn't so now I'm asking for help. Any Ideas?

P.S
I've tried clearing all of the caches already. It doesn't work at all... x.x

You have probably updated your version of Java at some point which "breaks the tools and makes them stop working".

Downgrade your Java to version 1.6.0.7 (link).

If you have Firefox 3.6, it won't work with older versions of Java, so either install the older 3.5 Firefox or use a different browser like IE/Chrome.

What operating system are you on and you did install Java 1.6.0.7?

Yes I installed Java 1.6.0.7 and my OS is Windows XP
