Kitacon is currently holding a competition to design a cool new mascot for the event.
Due to take place on 17th-19th April 2009, Kitacon needs a cute, cuddly mascot to promote it. They're are two categories; 1) for an under 18's badge, 2) for an over 18's badge.
Prizes will be awarded to the winner(s). Visit the competition thread for more details.

Thought I'd let you know that I am stocking up T-shirts for the next convention. https://www.cafepress.com/mangamasters
If you visit the shop and let me know what colour/type and size t-shirt you would like and post it in this topic, I will be bringing them along to the London May expo
The t-shirts are free, I am buying them out of my own pocket since you guys deserve them for being loyal to the website ^_^
Be quick, I need orders by Wednesday. Don't worry if you don't post by Wednesday, I will still take your order
I am only buying for regular members only... people who are ghosts/irregular members won't get one.

P.S: Order placed. I have ordered a bunch of t-shirts in small and medium (black). Just to clarify what a 'loyal' member is, you have to be registered for at least 12 months and have more than 150 posts and need to be a frequent poster on the forum. Me & Sendeshi will decide who gets the t-shirts. I will post a list of people at a later date.

Me and Flash had a discussion about the forum and how most of the posts lately have been irrelevant to topics and completely unnecessary. We understand that there are not many new members, but we hope to have more soon. The problem is that we will not be getting any members soon if our forum looks like a complete dump, so as of this day forwards a new MangaMasters enforcement scheme means that all topics we deem to be irrepairable will be added to a new Sub-Forum named ever so nicely "The Dump". Topics that we see can be fixed by deleting a few posts will be cleaned up and made much nicer
